These are the terms for using AyuTalks (www.ayutalks.com) and MindValuation (mind.ayutalks.com), operated by Asiri Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms.
AyuTalks is a place to talk. Ayu is an AI — not a person, not a therapist, not a doctor, and nothing Ayu says is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Ayu can be wrong. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line where you live — do not rely on AyuTalks.
You must be 18 or older.
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
New accounts receive free sessions as described in the app. The 7-Day Talking Retreat is a one-time purchase of $79 that adds retreat minutes to your account. Minutes are consumed as you talk. Unused minutes do not expire. Buying the retreat again adds another retreat's minutes. Refunds are described at /refunds.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
Don't use AyuTalks to harm yourself or others, to harass, to attempt to extract other people's data, to probe or attack the service, or to break the law. We may close accounts that do.
What you say in a session is yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the product works — including so Ayu can remember previous conversations, which is the point of the product. See /privacy for what we keep and for how long.
AyuTalks is a small product run by a small company. It may go down, change, or be discontinued. We'll try to warn you, and we'll honor the refund policy, but we don't promise uptime.
MindValuation gives you numbers. Ayu gives you conversation. Neither is a promise of any outcome. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms. The date below moves when we do. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
