Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address (to sign you in and to send account and product emails).
• Your conversations with Ayu — text, and the text of anything you say by voice. Audio is transcribed and discarded; we do not keep recordings.
• Your MindValuation answers and results.
• Session records: when you talked, for how long, which sessions were free and which were retreat.
• Payment records from Stripe: that you paid, when, and the amount. Not your card number.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected through Google Analytics and a Meta (Facebook) pixel. These see that you visited and signed up. They never see what you say.

Why

So the product works: Ayu remembers earlier conversations because we store them and give Ayu the relevant ones. So we can charge you, refund you, and answer your emails. So we can see whether the product is working in aggregate.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic processes conversation text to generate Ayu's replies, under their API terms, which do not permit training on your data.
• Supabase hosts our database.
• Vercel hosts the site.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google (Analytics, Gmail) and Meta (pixel) as described above; Google also delivers our emails.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your conversations with advertisers. We do not show ads inside the product.

How long

Conversations and MindValuation results are kept while your account exists, because remembering is the product. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your conversations, results, and profile within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email ayutalks.com@gmail.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account. We'll confirm from the address on file.

Children

AyuTalks is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.

Where the data lives

Our database is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Ayu's replies are generated, and payments and hosting are handled, by providers in the United States. If you use AyuTalks from elsewhere, your data is transferred to those places.

We'll update this page when what we collect changes. The date below is the last time we did.
